HM worldcity was launched by HM constructions around the end of 2004. All the customers buying in these apartments are taken for a ride. The builder is only interested in collecting the money and not delivering. The builder brothers have lost all the interest in this project and have made the customers pay through their noses. Builder has problems with the contractors and that has affected the schedule and quality heavily.

Builders have shown rosy pictures of the whole Worldcity complex to attract customers, their model plan includes multiplexs and multiple swimming pools etc. But builders absolutely do not have any plan as of now (after nearly 4 years of launch) to do this.

This builder has taken FULL advantage of the weak consumer protections that we have in India. He openly challenges the customers to go to court. He treats customers as dust. He claims to not having time for the more important Rs10000/sqft customers. So other customers do not waste his time.

The directors are never accessible. They sell all their agreements in the name of Global associates and hence legally HM itself is not at any risk. Other managers and officials like Mr.Rajgopal were used as customer facing scapegoats and none of them have any power or decision making capacity.

This site is to save the prospective buyers from falling into trap. If still think what is said here is not true just check with the actual owners. Do some searches in the net, your company intranet and you should be able to meet one of the affected person, Please please talk to at least one person who has bought here before deciding to go ahead with HM.
